  1. Clean License Conditions

  4. The Concurrent Clean Compiler and the Concurrent Clean Program
  5. Development System are developed by the Research Group on Functional
  6. Programming Languages at the University of Nijmegen (copyright
  7. University of Nijmegen, 1987-1997).

  9. The Clean Software can be used free of charge only if it is used for
  10. non-profit purposes in a non-commercial environment, i.e. for
  11. educational or research purposes in a non-profit institute or for
  12. personal, non-commercial use. For this kind of use it is allowed to
  13. copy the software under the condition that the complete distribution
  14. (see the Clean Distribution page) for a certain platform is copied,
  15. including this license condition, copyright notice, language manual,
  16. help file, the compiler, the code generator and the development system.
  17. Under the same conditions it is allowed to re-distribute the system. We
  18. appreciate it very much if you would inform us when you copy or
  19. redistribute the system.

  22. environment a commercial license is needed.
